Repairs by Mail: How it Works

It’s easy:

• Choose the service you need for your iPod or iPhone. Pay by secure transaction and print your receipt. The mailing address is: TechPort, 594 Congress Street, Ste.2, Portland, ME 04101
• When you are ready to send your iPod or iPhone to us for repair, follow the shipping instructions on our shipping page. It will give you specific instruction on safely packing your device. Ship by registered carrier with insurance for the full replacement value of your iPod or iPhone.
• Your iPod or iPhone will be repaired by the iPoddler and will be returned to you promptly by insured carrier. Our repairs are guaranteed for 30 days.
